- •Commission tracking and payment processing
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Types
- •Brand/Company Account: For businesses managing affiliates and KOLs
- •Affiliate Account: For partners promoting products/services
- •KOL/Influencer Account: For content creators and influencers
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Social Media Integration
4.1 Platform Connections
Our service integrates with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through their official APIs. By connecting your social media accounts, you:
- •Grant us permission to access your profile data and content
- •Agree to the respective platform's terms of service
- •Authorize us to retrieve analytics and performance data
- •Can revoke access at any time through platform settings
4.2 Platform Compliance
You must comply with all policies and guidelines of connected platforms, including but not limited to Meta Platform Policy, Instagram Community Guidelines, and TikTok Community Guidelines.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- ✗Infringe intellectual property rights
- ✗Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- ✗Manipulate metrics or engagement data
- ✗Use bots or automated systems to inflate statistics
- ✗Share account access with unauthorized parties
- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the system
5.2 Content Guidelines
All content must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with advertising standards and disclosure requirements.
6. Payments and Commissions
6.1 Commission Structure
Commission rates and payment terms are agreed upon between brands and affiliates/KOLs. Ana & Co facilitates tracking and reporting but is not party to these agreements.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed according to the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraud or violation of terms is suspected.
6.3 Service Fees
Service fees and subscription costs are as displayed in your account dashboard. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Ana & Co platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Ana & Co and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant us a license to use, display, and process it as necessary to provide our services.
8. Data and Privacy
